Learning Binder Ultimate Set

I already have three of their felt books and so I wanted to purchase the learning binders as my children are almost at the age they can use them. When they arrived one binder was missing a letter. So I emailed and the letter was sent out to me the next business day without question. Keep up the great work and I cannot recommend these products enough. Great quality.
