Our Story

I’ve always loved creating. Long before Wondertivity — and even before kids — you’d often find me sketching or painting on a canvas. Then I became a lawyer, life got busy, and somewhere along the way, all of that creativity got packed away.

Having children brought it back.

I loved doing arts and crafts with them, creating little activities and finding ways to make learning feel like play. Then we moved overseas and started travelling — a lot. And travelling with little kids taught us one very important thing: keeping little hands and minds happily busy is crucial.

On planes, in waiting areas, at restaurants and everywhere in between, I was always searching for things that would keep our children happy, engaged and learning — without reaching for a screen.

Living overseas also introduced us to beautiful toys and play ideas from different parts of the world. One of those discoveries was busy books, and our kids were instantly captivated. They could sit for ages exploring, learning and playing together, completely immersed in their own little worlds.

The more we travelled, the more I knew exactly what I wanted: something beautiful and thoughtfully made, genuinely educational, easy to take anywhere and engaging enough that children would actually want to play with it.

So, I started creating it myself.

And that’s how Wondertivity began.

What started as something created for my own children has grown into a collection of thoughtfully designed, screen-free play resources for little hands and growing minds.

Every Wondertivity piece is designed to make learning feel like play — encouraging curiosity, imagination, independence and all those important early skills along the way. Our collection is designed to grow with your child, from sensory and exploratory play for babies, to fine motor and imaginative play for toddlers, through to storytelling, problem-solving and school-readiness for preschoolers and older learners.

Our felt pieces are handmade using premium materials and carefully quality checked to create play resources that are safe, durable and made to be loved for years — and hopefully passed down to another pair of little hands one day.

In a world filled with screens and distractions, Wondertivity is our little way of bringing childhood back to what it does best: playing, imagining, exploring and learning through wonder.
