Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the book is unused and in its original condition. You will need to cover the return shipping cost

If something arrives damaged or a piece comes loose, just email us with a photo — we'll replace the affected page or the whole book. We do this regularly and we don't make it difficult.

A busy book is a soft fabric book where every page is an activity rather than a story to read. Children zip, thread, button, buckle, match and move the pieces with their hands.

Yes, and this is one of the reasons the books are built the way they are. Individual pages and replacement piece sets are available, so a lost finger puppet or a well-loved page doesn't mean replacing the whole book.

Gift cards are available in several denominations and are delivered by email to your recipient — useful when you're not sure which book to choose.

Books ship in packaging that presents well as a gift. If you need it sent directly to the recipient with a note, add the message in the order notes at checkout.
